چکیده
The purpose of the study – to association polymorphic variant C-159Tof CD14 gene in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) depending on thepredominance diarrhea or constipation clinical course and relationshipbetween genotypes (C-159T) some blood parameters.Material methods. involved 90 IBS (30 men 60women aged 22 56 years). CD 14 (C-159T)was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction without withconcomitant obesity 30 people comparison group. Blood levels C-reactiveprotein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα), transforming growth β1(TGFβ1), interleukin-10 (IL-10), 8-isoprostane, ceruloplasmin, medium molecules andcalprotectin feces were determined.Results. In obesity, frequency TT genotype (36.7%) washigher compared healthy subjects (TT 13.3%). Significantly higherserum CRP (3.5 times 26.7%), TNFα (1.7 19.5%), TGFβ1(29.8% 19.2%), 8-isoprostane (54.1% 31.9%), ceruloplasmin (56.7% and33.0%), (7, 5% 12.9%) calprotectin (55.7% 37.4%) inthe CC CT have been determined withIBS, combined a predominance diarrhea.Conclusions. withthe risk development obese has established. ischaracterized higher content proinflammatory cytokines lower levelsof anti-inflammatory increased CRP, more pronounced changesin prooxidant antioxidant systems (higher andceruloplasmin, local inflammation (increase content) severity ofendotoxicosis molecules).

Investigating the relationship between C-159T polymorphism in CD14 gene promoter and disease severity in 2019 corona virus patients
Introduction: Considering the effectiveness of polymorphisms in the occurrence of respiratory diseases, it seems that these genetic variations in viral and microbial receptors can be effective in the occurrence and progression of the disease. The present study aimed to assess the relationship between the C-159T polymorphism in the CD14 gene promoter and the severity of the disease in Covid-19...

BACKGROUND Nasal polyposis (NP) is a chronic inflammatory disease that is frequently associated with allergy and asthma. Corticosteroid therapy and surgical removal of polyps are the 2 most common treatment strategies for NP. Various allergic and inflammatory mediators are thought to play a major role in the pathophysiology of this disorder. The CD14 gene is located on chromosome 5q31-32, which...

Background: Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-α) gene, as an inflammatory factor, plays an important role in reproductive physiology, especially in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Objective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the -1031 T/C polymorphism of TNF-α gene and biochemical factors in women with PCOS. Methods: In this case-control study, participants w...
متن کاملLack of effect of the CD14 promoter gene C-159T polymorphism on nutritional status parameters in hemodialysis patients
BACKGROUND CD14 is a membrane glycoprotein that acts as a co-receptor for the detection of bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Mutual interaction between CD14 and LPS plays an important role in the innate immune system. Increased serum soluble CD14 levels have been described in hemodialysis (HD) patients, and linked to increased mortality risk, inflammation and protein-energy wasting. The expre...
